摘　　要：在全国老龄化社会背景下,沈阳市已经进入老龄社会20年。全市家庭规模进一步小型化,"4-2-1"家庭结构成为主流,空巢老人空前增多,原有的家庭养老模式问题突出,迫切需要通过发展社会养老服务来解决。结合我国现阶段情况及沈阳市老龄人口的结构和趋势,重点探讨沈阳市养老工作已取得的成就、尚存在的问题以及完善对策和建议。In the context of an ageing society, Shenyang has entered the aging society in twenty years. The family size become further miniaturization, family structure＂4-2-1 ＂has become the mainstream, the number of empty nester unprecedented increase, the problem of original family pension mode is outstanding, urgently need to be solved through the development of social endowment service. Combined with the structure and trend of present situation of our country and Shenyang, the aging population, the paper focuses on pension in our city achievements, existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions.
