摘　　要：党的十八大指出,社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之魂,决定着中国特色社会主义发展方向。大学生是祖国的未来和民族的希望,在新形势下,做好大学生思想政治教育的重要任务之一,就是要积极培育与践行大学生社会主义核心价值观。对大学生社会主义核心价值观的培育,首先就要调查了解大学生社会主义核心价值体系的实际情况,分析大学生社会主义核心价值观培育与践行的不足之处,探寻大学生社会主义核心价值观构建的有效途径。The party＇s eighteen big points out,the socialist core value system is the soul of a country,and determines the direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. College students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation, in the new situation, the important task of the ideological and political education of college students, is to actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values of College students. On the cultivation of College Students＇ socialist core values,first We must understand the actual situation of College Students＇ Socialist Core Value System, Analysis on the deficiency of College Students＇ socialist core values cultivation and Practice, seek effective approaches of College Students＇ socialist core values construction.
