摘 要:随着油田开发的深入,我国大部分油田在经过多年的连续注水开采后,已进入高含水后期,同时稠油在集输中也常掺水降黏。随着原油水相含量的增加,原有的应用于低含水原油的流变性理论和计算已经不能满足高含水原油流变特性的计算。应用M5500高温高压流变仪,研究了油田某区块典型井口掺水原油黏度与温度、剪切速率与含水率之间的关系。拟合了黏度与含水率、温度和剪切速率的综合关系,拟合公式计算的黏度值与实际测量值相差不大,准确性较高,为高含水原油集输工艺设计提供了计算依据。With the deepening of oilfield development,most oilfields in China have entered into a stage of high water content after many years of continuous waterflooding and at the same time,water was added into the oil in gathering for a viscosity reduction.With the increase of water content,the original rhelogic theory of oil with low water content could not meet the needs of high water content oil calculation.M5500HTHP rheometer was used to study the relation between the viscosity and temperature,shear rate and water content of typical wellhead water-content crude oil.Then a comprehensive relation between viscosity and water content,temperature and shear rate are matched,the matched formula has a high accuracy and it can provide a basis for designeing high water-content crude oil gathering and transportation.
