摘  要:针对新疆陆梁油田六中区克下组砂岩储层易出砂问题,在室内开展化学复合固砂剂体系研究。首先对胶结剂、固化剂、偶联剂等材料以及砂粒粒径进行了优选,优选出制备固化体材料的最佳用量,以油井出砂的砂子质量为标准(100),树脂用量为砂子质量的5%、固化剂用量为砂子质量的0.6%、偶联剂用量为砂子质量的0.3%、砂粒粒径为0.4~0.8mm,制备的固化体具有良好的抗压强度(抗压10MPa)和渗透率(9.0D)。固化体评价试验表明:在40~150℃条件下,随温度的增高,抗压强度呈增加趋势,而渗透率稍微有所降低,说明固化体具有良好的耐温性能;固化体在60℃恒温水浴中老化20d时间,岩心抗压强度下降幅度不大且渗透率还略有升高;在清水,地层水,不同浓度酸、碱以及煤油中侵泡8d后,只有在高浓度碱溶液中固化体的抗压强度才有所下降,说明固化体具有良好的耐介质性能。Aiming at the problem of easy sand production in some of the sandstone reservoirs in Kexia Formation in the middle of 6th Region in Luliang Oilfield,a research of composite chemical sand consolidation system was carried out in laboratory.Cementing agent,curing agent,coupling agent and size of sand particles were optimized for selecting optimal dosage of sand consolidation materials.The produced sand was standard(100),dosage of resin was 0.5% of the sand mass,dosage of curing agent was 0.6%of the sand mass,coupling agent was 0.3%,sand particle size was 0.4~ 0.8mm.The prepared curing body had a good compressive strength(10MPa) and permeability(9.0D).The evaluation results show that in the condition of 40℃to 150℃,compressive strength increases with the increase of temperature,while permeability reduced slightly,it indicated that curing body had good heat resistance performance.The curing body is aged for 20days at 60℃,its compressive strength decline is not big while the permeability increases slightly,after it has soaked for 8days in clear water and formation water with different concentrations of acid,alkali and kerosene,only high concentration alkali exists,the compressive strength of curing body declines,it shows that the curing body has good and medium resistance.
