摘 要:为了探索激光破碎岩石的规律和效果,设计了激光辅助破岩系统,进行了激光破岩试验研究。试验岩样为花岗岩和致密砂岩,在地面大气状态下分别对2种岩样进行了试验,测试了离焦量、激光功率、激光照射时间、钻头转速等对激光破岩效果的影响。试验结果表明,岩石的物理、化学性质影响激光破岩效果,针对岩性进行激光参数的优化有助于提升激光破岩效果。A laser assisted rock breaking experiment system was designed to discover the rules and effects of rock breaking by using laser assisted rock breaking system,and the experiment on rock breaking through a laser assisted system.The rock samples were made by granite and tight sandstone.Two types of samples were tested under surface atmosphere.The effects and rules were discussed according to the results of changing parameters such as defocus distance,laser power and irradiate time,and the effect of bit velocity on laser rock breaking.The experimental results show that physical and chemical properties of rocks have influence on laser assisted rock breaking,and optimized laser parameters are beneficial for improving rock breaking effect according to different lithological properties.
