摘　　要：随着我国高等教育从精英教育到大众教育的转变,就业形势日趋严峻,与之相关联的高校人才培养质量则越来越引起了社会的关注。高校应以社会需求为导向,优化专业培养模式,注重人文素质教育,加强职业生涯规划,以提高学生专业技能,增强学生综合素质,提升学生就业竞争力,培养符合社会需求的高素质创新型专业人才。With the change of our country＇s higher education from elite education to popular education, the employment situation is increasingly serious, and the related talent training quality has attracted more and more attention from the whole society. The colleges and universities should take the social requirements as the orientation, optimize the professional training model, emphasize humanity education, and strengthen career planning so as to improve the students＇ professional skills, enhance their comprehensive ability, promote employment competitiveness and foster high quality innovative professional talents that conforms to the social requirements.
