摘　　要：医院文化创新受诸多因素制约。其中,缺乏科学精神等文化积淀是历史因素;市场经济的消极影响是社会因素;政府投入不足是物质因素;现行医学教育等所存弊端是体制因素。There are many factors for restraining the culture innovation of hospitals. Among them, the lack of scientific spirit and other cultural accumulation belong to the historical factor; the negative influences of market economy are the social factor; the shortage of government investment is the material factor and the defects of the current medical education are the institutional factor.
