摘　　要：人文素质是为医者的基本素质要求，实习阶段，是人文精神的培养的关键，从医学生到医生的转变不仅体现在技术层面上，更体现在人文关爱上；实习医生要从哲学、心理、伦理、社会、历史、艺术、法律等提高自身素质；把人文原则贯彻整个诊疗的过程；要充分认识医学的风险及医学的局限性，明确医生的使命；深刻理解沟通的重要性。Humanistic quality is the basic quality requirements for doctors. In the internship, it is the key of the cultivation of the humanistic spirit. The transformation from medical students into doctors is not only reflected at the technical level but also in humanistic care. Interns must improve their own quality from philosophy, psychology, ethics, society, history, art, law, etc; implement humanistic principles into the whole process of diagnosis and treatment; have a full understanding on the risks and the limitations of medicine and define the mission of doctors; deeply understand the importance of communication.
