摘　　要：总结了18例心内膜环缩成形术治疗巨大室壁瘤的手术护理经验,包括术前准备,心理干预,术前访视,手术过程及术后回访,认为充分的术前准备,积极的心理干预,成功的术前访视,熟练的手术技巧及人性化的术后回访是手术成功的关键所在。To summarize the nursing experience of 18 cases with giant left ventricular aneurysm treated with endocardium encircle suturing remodeling technique,including preoperative preparation,psychological intervention,preoperative interview,surgical procedure and postoperative visit.We think that sufficient preoperative preparation,positive psychological intervention,successful preoperative visit,skilled operation skills and human postoperative visit are the key to successful operation.
