行为护理对老年高血压患者药物治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨行为护理在老年高血压患者药物治疗依从性中的影响作用,为临床提供参考。方法将本院2009年6月～2011年6月的360例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组各180例,观察组在常规药物治疗的同时按照行为护理程序进行护理干预,对照组仅给予常规的药物治疗。治疗6个月后使用Morisky-Green测评量表对2组患者的药物治疗依从性进行评价并记录2组患者的血压控制范围,对比观察2组的护理效果并加以总结分析。结果治疗6个月后,观察组的药物治疗依从性优良的百分率为77.8%,对照组的药物治疗依从性优良的百分率为54.4%,观察组明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者的血压正常控制率为72.2%,而对照组的血压正常控制率为43.3%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施行为护理干预可以明显提高其药物治疗依从性,有效控制高血压。Objective To investigate the influence of behavioral nursing to medication adherence in the elderly hypertensive patients,and to provide reference for clinical.Methods 360 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital between June 2009 to June 2011 were divided into observation group（180 cases）and control group（180 cases）randomly.The patients in control group were given routine medicine therapy only,and the patients in observation group received behavioral nursing on the basis.The medication adherence according to Morisky-Greenand Scale and blood pressure control effect were compared after 6 months between 2 groups.Results After 6 months treatment,the excellent or good rate of medication adherence was 77.8% in observation group and 54.4% in control group;the rate of hypertensive control was 72.2% in observation group and 43.3% in control group,all differences have statistical significance（P＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion The behavioral nursing can improve medication adherence greatly and control hypertensive effectively in elderly patients.
