摘  要:纳入104例男性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者(ED组),同时纳入68名健康对照者(对照组),检测两组的血生化指标及血清S100A12水平。通过Logistic回归分析评价与男性ED的相关性。结果显示,ED组患者的血清S100A12水平较对照组显著升高[(107.34±36.57)ng/ml vs(62.04±21.66)ng/ml,P<0.01],多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示高血清S100A12水平与ED发生具有独立相关性相关(优势比1.164,95%可信区间1.0491.235;P<0.01)。表明高血清S100A12水平是男性ED发生的独立危险因子。104 men with ED (ED group, n = 104) and 68 age and body mass index (BMI) matched healthy con- trois (Control group, n = 68 ) were enrolled in the present study. Biochemical profile and serum S100A12 levels were detected in the two groups. Logistic analyses were employed to clarify the association between variables and the ED occurrence. The results show that serum S100A12 levels were significantly higher in ED group compared with control group [ (107.34 ±36.57) ng/ml vs (62.04 ±21.66) ng/ml, P 〈0. 01 1. Multiple logistic analysis demonstrated that serum S100A12 levels were independently associated with the occurrence of ED (OR 1. 164, 95% CI 1. 049 ~ 1. 235 ; P 〈 0. 01 ). We conclude that increased serum S100A12 level was an independent risk factor for the occurrence of ED in male patients.
