摘　　要：针对我国移动通信本地网络运行维护的需要 ,构筑了高效的开放性网管平台框架 ,其中定义了虚拟网元以及扩充网元概念 ,和以此为基础的网络拓扑图的设计 ,同时对告警实行相关性分析和分配及产生派工单 ,提高了网络管理效率。This paper constructs an efficient and open network management framework based on the requirements of maintenance and management of local network in mobile communication,which defines“virtual network elements”forming the complement to “network elements”,and designs the topology of network.In addition,it introduces such strategies as alarm correlator,alarm handler and trouble ticketing to improve the efficiency of network management.$$$$
