摘　　要：目的分析起搏器植入患者预防性应用抗菌药物的情况及存在的问题。方法对某三甲医院2012年度197例永久性心脏起搏器植入患者预防性应用抗菌药物的情况进行调查分析。结果 197例患者抗菌药物使用率100%,药物共计4大类7个品种,使用频度前3名依次是头孢呋辛、头孢美唑和头孢硫脒;全部是单联用药。结论该院起搏器植入术抗菌药物的预防应用存在用药剂量过大,用药时间过长等问题,需要进一步加强管理。Objective To analyze the prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs and the problems in permanent pacemaker implantation cases. Methods 197 cases of permanent pacemaker implantation in a grade- 3A hospital in 2012 were investigated and the prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs was analyzed. Results Prophylactic antibacterial drugs were used in all the 197 cases.Antibacterial drugs involved 7 species in four categories. The drugs used most frequently were cefuroxime,cefmetazole and cefathiamidine.Single medication was in all 197 cases. Conclusion Antibacterial drugs are overdosed,the period of postoperative application is too long.These issues need to be further emphasized and prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs should be further standardized in the future.
