摘 要:用利什曼病原虫KDNA印迹杂交法对采自甘肃省文县黑热病流行区的30只家犬耳缘皮肤组织印迹样品进行杂交试验。结果30份犬样品中有8份呈现阳性反应,阳性率为26.7%。同时进行骨髓涂片检查,有5只犬查见原虫,阳性率为16.7%。以上两种方法的符合率达76.7%(23/30)。印迹杂交法具有特异性高,取材方便,快速和结果易于观察等优点,在诊断犬利什曼病中有一定应用前途。The kinetoplast DNA(k-DNA) from the promastigote of Leishmania donovani Gangsu isolate (MCAN / CN / 86 / GS2), labelled with biotin, was used as a probe to hybridize with the samples from the cutaneous tissue of 30 dogs in the endemic villages of kala-azar in Wan County, Gangsu Province. Among them, 8 samples showed positive reaction with 26,7% positive rate. Giemsa stained bone marrow smears of all the 30 dogs were observed at the same time and showed 16.7% positive rate (5 / 30) only. Comparison between the 2 methods showed no significant difference between them. The successful identification is likely to be useful and convenient for epidemiological study and clinical diagnosis, especially for species / strain characterization.
