摘  要:邕江是南宁市主要的饮用水源也是沿江工农业生产、景观娱乐、航运的主要用水资源。近年来,随着城市人口的日益增加和社会经济的迅速发展,排入邕江的废污水量也日趋加大,突发性水污染事故时有发生,严重威胁了南宁市广大人民群众的饮用水安全,同时也阻碍了工农业的发展,造成了不同程度的经济损失和社会负面影响。通过对南宁邕江突发性水污染事故预警管理综合平台的研究,可对水污染突发事故进行预警响应,为政府决策提供依据。系统以大量的综合信息为基础,采用数学模型来处理、分析和管理整个邕江水污染问题,为邕江流域水污染防治、水环境保护和水资源开发利用提供了决策支持。In Nanning, Yongjiang River is main source of drinking water; it provides water for industrial and agricultural production, scenery and recreation, shipping service along the river. In recent years, with the increasing urban population and rapid socio-economic development, the volume of sewage discharged to Yongjiang are becoming increasingly serious, and sudden water pollution accidents happened frequently, these issues seriously threatened to the drink water safety of majority of the people in Nanning city and hindered the development of industry and agriculture, resulting in varying degrees of economic losses and negative social impacts. This paper studied the integrated forewarning management platform for sudden water pollution accidents in Yongjiang River, Nanning city. The management platform is useful for to us to focus on early warning and response for water pollution accidents, providing the decision-making basis for government. The early warning system based on massive and comprehensive information, deal, analyze and manage entire pollution issues of Yongjiang water by using a mathematical model, it provides decision supports for control and protection of the water pollution, protection of water environment and development and utilization of water resources in Yongjiang River Basin.
