摘　　要：为探讨血浆内皮素对冠心病患者的意义 ,采用放射免疫分析法对 4 9例健康人与 2 0例冠心病患者进行血浆内皮素含量测定 .结果表明冠心病患者血浆内皮素含量明显高于健康人 ,差异非常显著 ,P<0 .0 1。To evaluate the endothelin (ET) effect on the coronary heart disease (CHD), 20 CHD cases and 49 healthy were studied to detect the plasma ET levels by using radioimmunoassay. The result showed that the content of endothelin in CHD patients was significantly higher than that in controls ( P <0.01),suggesting that the high plasma ET might play an important role in CHD.
