丙泊酚联用米索前列醇行人工流产的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨丙泊酚全麻人流术前2h放置米索前列醇的效果。方法①研究组:丙泊酚全麻人流术前2h放置米索前列醇0.4mg。②对照组:单用丙泊酚全麻人流术。然后比较两组患者的反应及手术效果。结果两组患者在扩宫条使用方面无显著性差异,在扩宫时间、手术时间、麻醉药量、子宫出血比较有显著性差异。研究组在患者肢体活动、子宫穿孔、人流不全、宫腔粘连四方面的发生例数均比对照组少。结论丙泊酚全麻人流术前2h阴道放置米索前列醇,可缩短扩宫时间及手术时间,也减少子宫出血及丙泊酚使用量,使患者在无痛苦终止妊娠同时减少宫颈粘连,子宫穿孔及麻醉意外的发生率。Objective Explore the effect of putting misoprostol Two hour before Propofol anesthesia induced abortion. Methods （1）Study Group： Two hour before Propofol anesthesia induced abortion to putting misoprostol 0.4mg. （2）Control group：Single use of propofol anesthesia in induced abortion.Then Compare two groups of the patient＇s reaction and operation effect. Results The two groups in expanding uterus stick with no significant differences,but the uterus dilating time, operation time, dosage of narcotics, uterine bleeding have significant difference. Research group in the limb of a patient activity, uterine perforation, incomplete abortion, intrauterine adhesions in four aspects of the cases were less than the control group. Conclusion Putting misoprostol Two hour before Propofol anesthesia induced abortion Can shorten the operation time and time dilation, and To reduce bleeding and propofol usage. Make the patient without the pain in the termination of pregnancy, At the same time reduction of the incidence of Cervical adhesion,Uterine perforation and anesthesia accident.
