甘杏止咳合剂治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘杏止咳合剂治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 60例随机分成两组各30例,治疗组用甘杏止咳合剂合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组用孟鲁司特钠治疗。结果总有效率治疗组93.33%、对照组70%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论甘杏止咳合剂合孟鲁司特钠治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ganxing Zhike decoction in treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods 60 patients with laryngeal cough were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment Group（30 cases） was treated with Ganxing Zhike decoction combined with montetukast, while Control Group was treated with montelukast only. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 70%; there was a silznificant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ganxing Zhike decoction is effective in the treatment of laryngeal cough.
