摘　　要：目的探讨36例各种毒物中毒的血液净化方法与净化中的护理方法。方法使用单泵血液透析机和健帆F230血液灌流器和F14透析器对36例中毒患者进行HP或HP-HD采取的急救措施、及血液净化中、后护理。结果治愈率高,住院时间短,病死率低。结论 HP及HP-HD净化中的护理有助于减轻患者痛苦,是抢救急性中毒的关键。Objeetive Discuss on the blood purification method and the nursing measures in 36 cases of poisoning patients. Methods Take emergency measures on 36 cases of poisoning patients by using a single pump hemodialysis machine and Jafron F230 hemoperfusion cartridge and F14 dialyzer in HP or HP-HD, and the nursing care during and ailer blood purification for them. Results High cure rate, short hospitalization time, low death rate. Conclusion The nursing care in HP and HP-HD is helpful to relieve the pain of the patients, and it is key to the rescue of acute poisoning.
