摘　　要：目的分析选择性剖宫产与足月儿呼吸窘迫综合征相关性。方法将我院收治的选择性剖宫产患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,同时根据胎儿是否有分娩应激反应分为两组,比较两组患儿临床资料。结果所有患儿均需机械通气,共治愈66例,两组患儿临床资料比较无显著性差异。结论足月儿呼吸窘迫综合征的发生与尚未反应的选择性剖宫产密切相关,是足月儿RDS发生的重要影响因素。Objective Analysis of the correlation of elective caesarean section and respiratory distress syndrome in the term neonates. Methods Clinical data of elective caesarean section in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into two groups according to childbirth stress response. Results All children were required mechanical ventilation, and 66 cases were cured. Two groups of children with clinical data showed no significant difference. Conclusion Respiratory distress syndrome in the term neonates was closely related to not yet reacted elective cesarean section and the important factors of RDS occurred.
