摘  要:针对目前我国煤矿事故的主要形势,提出具有预测功能的智能瓦斯监控系统。设计了基于单片机的监控分站、CAN总线通信;提出了基于混沌模型的瓦斯浓度预测方法;并结合微型计算机处理技术,采用简单易行的软硬件设计。该系统减少了硬件设计的复杂性,提高了系统工作的可靠性,降低了煤矿瓦斯监控系统成本。经试验验证该系统具有检测准确,可靠性高,预测准确等特点,适合中小规模的煤矿要求。Considering the current situation of the coal mine accident in our country. An intelligent gas monitoring system which has some pre- diction function is put forward in this paper. In the system, the microcontroller monitoring substation and CAN bus communication system is designed; a prediction method of gas concentration on account of the chaotic model is proposed; moreover, the micro computer processing technology, the simple hardware and software are combined with. The system reduces the complexity of hardware design~ improves the reliability of the system and lowers the cost of coal mine gas monitoring system. The experiment results show that the system has the characteristics of detecting accuracy, highly reliability, forecasting exactly, and so on. Fitting the requirements of the small and medium-sized coal mines gas monitoring.
