摘　　要：随着科学技术的飞速进步和建设事业的迅猛发展,涌现出各种未有的巨大工程及建筑群体,传统的工程测量无法很好地解决新型大型建筑群体在内容上、精度、技术要求、测控技术方法的问题,本文通过对角度、距离、高差三个测量基本问题进行分析,形成一套专门为高精度工程测量所需的理论、方法和技术。With the rapid progress of science and technology and the rapid development of construction, the various of large engineering and construction group emerged, so the traditional engineering survey could not radically solve the problem in contents, precision, technical requirements and measurement and control technology and methods. The author analyzes some basic problem, such as angle, distance and difference to form a set of theory, method and technology specifically for precise engineering survey.
