摘　　要：设Mr(R ,S)是所有具有指定行和向量R与列和向量S的 (0 ,1 ,… ,r)—矩阵组成的集合 .本文研究Mr(R ,S)非空时向量R与S之间的关系 .Let M r(R,S) be the class of all(0,1..., r ) matrices with a prescribed row sum vector R and column sum vector S.We study the relationship between the vector R and the vector S when M r(R,S) is nonempty.
