摘  要:针对某新翼型叶片,提出了翼型加厚、新型双夹板式叶片连接方式、叶片沿翼展方向开槽和加胁三种风轮固有频率改进新方法。利用PULSE16.1结构振动分析系统对相应系列新翼型叶片风轮进行模态测试,获得各结构改进方法对风轮各阶固有频率的影响规律。试验结果表明:加厚新翼型叶片可有效提升风轮前三阶固有频率18%以上;新型双夹板式叶片安装疗式较老式法兰紧固叶片安装方式也可有效提升风轮前三阶固有频率,且其对风轮各阶对称振型固有频率的提升效应较反对称振型显著;沿翼展方向开槽和加胁的新翼型同样可有效提升风轮的前三阶固有频率,且其对风轮各阶反对称振型固有频率的提升效应较对称振型显著。Three new improved methods of the natural frequency about the wind wheel against a new airfoil blade which are airfoil thicker,new dual plywood connection of blades,slotted and threatened along the wingspan direction were introduced,and the modal testing was done about the series of new airfoil wind wheel by using the PULSE 16.1 system in order to get the impact of each structure improvement program on the natural frequency of the wind wheel.Experimental results showed that the new thick airfoil can effectively increase the first three natural frequencies by 18%or more. The new-plywood installation was compared with the old flange installation in this paper and the result showed that the former can effectively enhance the first three natural frequencies of the wind wheel,but the enhancement effect of the natural frequency about each symmetric modal was more significant than each corresponding antisymmetric modal.The slotted and threat along the wingspan direction can also effectively enhance the first three natural frequencies of the wind wheel,but the enhancement effect of the natural frequency about each antisymmetric modal was more significant than each corresponding symmetric modal.
