摘 要:化学链燃烧是一种能够实现CO_2内分离的新型的燃烧方式。基于单流化床和串行流化床反应器,研究了铁矿石为载氧体的无烟煤化学链燃烧特性。考察了常规煤气化和化学链燃烧条件下的无烟煤转化特性,并基于串行流化床揭示了温度对无烟煤化学链燃烧特性的影响规律。结果表明:载氧体的存在显著加速了煤气化反应的进行。燃料反应器出口CO_2体积分数在950℃将近90%,铁矿石对煤气化产物有较高的反应性能。燃料反应器出口未检测到C_2-C_4碳氢化合物,铁矿石作为一种合适的潜在的载氧体可应用于煤化学链燃烧过程。Chemical looping combustion(CLC) is a promising combustion technology with inherent CO_2 separation.CLC of anthracite with iron ore as an oxygen carrier was investigated in a single fiuidized bed and interconnected fluidized bed reactor.The anthracite conversion characterization was assessed in the conventional gasification and CLC process respectively.Also,the characterization in CLC process of anthracite was evaluated using an interconnected fluidized beds reactor.Results indicated that the anthracite conversion reaction was remarkably accelerated by the presence of oxygen carriers.At a fuel reactor temperature of 950℃,the exit gas concentration of CO_2 of the fuel reactor is nearly 90%.The iron ore used showed that a high conversion towards the gasification products.There were no C2-C4 hydrocarbons from the exit gas of the fuel reactor.The iron ore was a suitable and potential oxygen carrier applied in CLC process.
