摘　　要：朱元璋的历史评价褒贬不一,赞之者称之驱除鞑虏,恢复中华,毁之者谓之屠夫皇帝,一生刻薄寡恩,杀人如麻。后世正史野传多言朱元璋文字狱血案累累,甚有添枝加叶、捏造事实之举,诸如表笺之祸中的徐一夔案、来复案等严重失真,违背史实。但我们不能由此怀疑"太祖文字狱说"的历史真实性与必然性,朱元璋性多猜忌,专权滥杀,明初文人多屈死其手是铁定事实,后世出于仇视帝王或影射时政需要,随意夸大、歪曲明初文字狱历史真相,则是别有用心。The review s of the history evaluation to Zhu Yuanzhang are mixed. Supports think that he got away the HULU and restored the Chinese,whereas some others think that he was the emper-or of Butcher. Mean and less kindness were filled with his long life. He killed countless of people. In later ages,the official often says that Zhu has made so many literary inquisitions. w hat’s worse,some people added details of the story such as Lai Fu,Xu Yikui in the case of BiaoJian accident. These were totally fake. But we can’t suspect the authenticity and inevitability of Zhu’s Literary inquisition because of it. Zhu was easy to suspect. He killed so many innocents in use of his power. And it is fact that he killed many scholars in the early Ming dynasty. Because of hatred for emperor and eagerness to take part in policy in later ages,people said twistly toword the fact of literary inquisition. It was really an ulteror motive.
