摘　　要：目前学术界对网络围观议政现象的研究主要从"网络群体性事件"、"网络舆情"、"虚拟社会运动"和"网络参政"四个视角切入,并相应形成四种解读模式。应该在对这些解读模式逐一评析的基础上,提出一种解读网络围观议政的新模式,即围观式政治参与。In recent years, the research by the academic circle approaches the phenomenon of discussing politics on the internet mainly from four perspectives, internet group incidents, internet public opinion, virtual social move- ments and internet political participation. And accordingly, four models of interpreting are formed. On the basis of an analysis of these four models, this article puts forward a new model of interpreting it, namely, the on-looking type political participation
