摘　　要：权利外观理论是在20世纪初的德国最先系统提出来的,现今在大陆法系范围内已发展成为一种强有力的票据理论。虽然其在适用要件、法律效果及适用领域等问题上仍然需要深入探讨,但该理论本身具有重要价值,是票据法中一项不可替代的理论。The right exterior theory evolved first in Germany at the beginning of 20 century. Nowadays, the right exterior theory is a kind of powerful negotiable instruments theory in the countries of civil law system. Although the application condition, legal effects and application scopes of right exterior theory need to be discussed, the theory itself has important function and it is a theory that can not be substituted.
