摘  要:用 X射线衍射方法对 Fe-31.6Mn-6.5Si合金在 83-480K温度范围两次热循环时的热诱发γ-ε马氏体相变进行了研究.结果表明,冷却过程中γ→ε相变过程并非终止于TN,而是终止在更低的温度.冷却至83 K时,γ相表现的还相当稳定.同样,ε马氏体在加热到480 K时也显示出较高的稳定性.在加热到大约275K时,观察到奥氏体(200)衍射强度出现异常降低,而马氏体(101)衍射强度正常.这种异常现象可能与加热时奥氏体由反铁磁性向顺磁性的转变有关。The thermal-induced martensitic transformation in a Fe-31 .6Mn-6.5Si (wt. %) alloy was studied by means of X-ray diffraction through two thermal cycles in the 83-480K temperature range. It is shown that during cooling the transformation terminates not at TrN but at a lower temperature and the phase exhibits strong stability even cooling to 83K; likewise, martensite is noticeably stable even heating up to 480K. At the temperature about 275K, an anomalous decrease in the intensity of the (200) reflections was observed on heating, whereas the (101) reflections show a general variation in intensity. It is considered that the abnormal phenomenon is probably related to the magnetic transition of the phase from antiferromagnetism to paramagnetism.
