摘　　要：棉花产业是新疆农村居民家庭农业收入和新疆国民经济的主要构成部份。本研究通过定量分析新疆棉花产业对新疆国民经济的影响,得出在当前新疆棉花播种面积和单产已经较高的水平下,再提高播种面积和提高单产已对新疆国民经济的发展产生不利影响。并结合当前新疆棉花生产中出现的种植成本提高、农业结构单一和棉花质量下降等诸多问题,提出了合理规划棉花产业布局,实施标准化战略,构建棉花风险保障体系与保障棉农利益等方面的政策建议。The cotton industry is the main component of the agricultural income of rural residents and the national economy in Xinjiang.In this study,we analyzed the impact of cotton industry to the national economy in Xinjiang by quantitative analysis.The results showed that further improvement of cultivation area and yield per unit would generate adverse effect on national economy under high level of cotton planting area and yields in Xinjiang.Integrate the problems such as increase of planting costs,single structure of agriculture and decline of cotton quality,we proposed to rationally plan the layout of the cotton industry,implement the standardization strategy,building cotton risk security system and the protection of the interests of farmers.
