摘　　要：大别山区是国家重点扶持的连片特困区,独特的自然资源禀赋使农业产业在大别山区县域经济中占有重要地位,农业特色产业的转型升级对于提升大别山区农业现代化水平、促进区域发展有着极其重要的作用。本文根据大别山区茶、高山蔬菜、中药材、竹、板栗和蚕桑等农业特色产业的实地调研情况,从技术、产品、人才、产业等方面,分析了大别山区农业特色产业发展存在的问题。结合大别山区农业特色产业发展的新机遇,提出了大别山区农业特色产业发展"明确一个目标、创新两个机制、构建三类体系、提升四项技术"的对策和建议。Dabie Mountain District is an extremely poor area supported by government.And it plays an important part in the local economy,because of its rich natural resource and agricultural industry.The transforming and upgrading of its agricultural industry is significant to promote the modernization of local agriculture and regional development.Based on the field investigate of agricultural specialty industry such as tea,mountain vegetable,traditional Chinese medicine,bamboo,chestnut and sericulture,this paper studies the current problems from the perspective of technology,products,talents,and industry.Connecting the new challenge of agricultural specialty industry,it proposes a possible solution of ＂clarifying one aim,creating two mechanism,building three systems,promote four techniques＂.
