人地关系视角下的少数民族生态脆弱区城镇化问题研究——以甘南藏族自治州为例

摘　　要：文章通过构建人地关系状态模型和人地关系演进与城镇化关系分析模型,对甘南州人地关系状态演进、人地关系演进与城镇化发展的关系和程度进行分析,结果表明:①甘南藏族自治州人地关系演进状态系数从1978年的0.205增大到2010年的0.308,年均增长1.57%,资源环境压力逐年加大,人地矛盾日益突出,区域生态环境日益恶化。②甘南州城镇化率与人地关系演进状态值相关系数为0.878,说明在人地矛盾日益突出、资源环境承载力下降的情况下,农牧村对人口城镇化的推力加快。③甘南州城镇化率与城镇生态环境的表征值相关系数为0.593,这在一定程度上说明甘南州城镇人地关系相对较好,城镇生态环境容量潜力相对较大。④城镇化不仅可以缓解甘南州人地矛盾突出的问题,而且城镇经济的发展可以促进民族地区生态文明的发展,从而改善城市及区域生态安全状况。据此,提出了集中型、生态型等城镇化策略。The articles analysis the evolution of the man-land relationship and the degree of evolution and urbanization,by building models of man-land relationship and evolution and urbanization,results show that： ①the coefficient of man-land relationship evolving state increased to 0.308 from 0.205 between 1978 and 2010 in Gannan.The average annual growth rate is 1.57%,the pressure of resources and environment is increasing year by year,the contradictions of the man-land increasingly prominent,the regional ecological environment is deteriorating.②The correlation coefficient is 0.878 between man-land relationship evolution and urbanization.It explains that the urbanization speed up by the driving of the village,in the context of the man-land contradiction increasingly prominent and resources and environment carrying capacity decreased.③The correlation coefficient is 0.593 between urbanization rate and the urban ecological environment eigenvalue.It explains that the man-land relationship in town is relatively good and the urban ecological environment capacity potential is relatively large.④Urbanization not only ease the contradiction of the man-land relationship,but also improve the urban and regional ecological security situation by the development of urban economic and ecological civilization.Through the above analysis,the articles put forward the urbanization strategy.
