摘　　要：从当代名医医案入手,探讨肺病常见证素简单组合与用药特点。结果发现肺病与热(火)、痰、气虚等病性证素关系密切;临床用药以化痰止咳平喘药、清热药、解表药、补气药等为最常见。This paper investigates the simple combination of common syndrome elements and characteristics of medication in pulmonary disease according to the medical records of contemporary famous doctors.It is found that pulmonary disease is closely related to such syndrome elements as heat（fire）,phlegm,and qi deficiency;the clinical medication mainly includes phlegm-eliminating,cough-relieving,and asthma-relieving medicine,heat clearing medicine,exterior syndrome-relieving medicine,and qi-tonifying medicine.
