摘  要:目的:观察丹参酮对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将DN模型大鼠随机分成治疗组11例和对照组12例,另选取10只健康大鼠作为健康组,分别予丹参酮、蒸馏水3mL灌胃,1次/d,连续4周。分别于治疗前后检测各组大鼠TGF-β1、IL-6、TNF-α及NF-κB表达水平,进行统计学分析。结果:与健康组比较,治疗组与对照组各项指标均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明造模成功;治疗组治疗后各项指标均明显降低,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮可明显降低DN大鼠炎症因子水平,延缓糖尿病肾病进程。Objective:To observe the effect of tanshinone on the levels of inflammatory factors in rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:DN model rats were randomly divided into treatment group of 11 rats and control group of 12 rats;10 healty rats were selected as a healthy group.The treatment group and control group received tanshinone and distilled water 3 ml by gavage once daily for 4 consecutive weeks.The expression levels of transforming growth factor-β1 interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and nuclear factor kappa B were measured before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:Compared with the healthy group,the treatment group and control group showed significant increases in all indices(P〈 0.05),so the rat model of DN was successfully established.After treatment,the treatment group showed significant decreases in all indices,and there were significant differences between the treatment group and control group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:Tanshinone can significantly decrease the levels of inflammatory factors in rats with DN and delay the progression of DN.
