摘　　要：目的通过了解密云县居民健康知识水平现状和变化趋势,为政府制定卫生政策和干预策略提供依据。方法采取多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,在全县2个街道31个居委会中抽取2个居委会,17个镇中334个村委会中抽取5个村,采用北京市居民健康知识水平监测项目的调查问卷进行入户调查。结果被调查居民的健康知识知晓率为70.8%,健康行为形成率为65.3%。结论目前,密云县的健康教育工作任重而道远,应大力提倡和积极推进健康促进与健康教育工作,利用好电视这个大众媒介,努力提高居民的健康知识知晓率和促进健康生活行为习惯的养成。[Objective]To understand the health knowledge level and variation tendency among residents in Miyun District,and provide evidence for government to develop health policy and intervention strategies.[Methods]Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted to select 2 out of 31 neighborhood committees in 2 subdistricts,5 out of 334 villages in 17 towns.The questionnaire developed for Beijing residents＇ health knowledge level monitoring was adopted for door-to-door survey.[Results]The awareness rate of health knowledge was 70.8% among surveyed residents,the health behavior formation rate was 65.3%.[Conclusion]The mission of health education shoulders heavy responsibilities in Miyun Districts.It is necessary to strongly advocate and actively promote health promotion and education,to make good use of the mass media TV,to improve the awareness of health knowledge among residents,and promote healthy living habit formation.
