摘　　要：目的了解柳钢(集团)公司辖区饮食服务(简称饮服)行业从业人员肠道沙门菌携带情况、菌型分布及耐药性,为传染病预防制控提供依据。方法对2009—2012年柳钢(集团)公司辖区饮服行业从业人员预防性健康检查时所采集的肛拭子样品进行沙门菌分离鉴定、分型、药敏试验及2012年方法改进比较。结果 2009—2012年沙门菌菌群检出率分别为0.83%、0.67%、0.88%和0.95%(改进方法检出率为1.68%),分别属于4个菌群和16个血清型,分群中以B群为主,其次为C群、E群和D群。结论该地区饮服从业人员中的沙门菌阳性携带率较高。采用SBG增菌液与XLD琼脂培养基有助于提高沙门菌的检出率。菌群的分散与市场开放程度、人员流动大小密切相关。提示必需重视加强饮服从业人员的卫生管理,以降低沙门菌感染和传播的风险,达到保护民众健康的目的。[Objective]To understand the carrying status,distribution and resistance of Salmonella in catering service employees of Liugang corporation area,and provide evidence for infectious disease control.[Methods]The anal swab samples collected from catering service employees in Liugang corporation area during preventive health examination from 2009-2012 were used for Salmonella isolation and identification,typing,susceptibility testing and 2012 method improved comparison.[Results]The detection rate of Salmonella was 0.83%,0.67%,0.88% and 0.95%（1.68% of improved method）,respectviely from 2009-2012.The isolated Salmonella strains belonged to 4 flora and 16 serotypes,with B group as major,followed by C group,E group and D group.[Conclusion]The Salmonella carrying rate is relatively high in catering service employees of this area.SBG enrichment broth and XLD agar medium helps to improve the detection rate of Salmonella.The distribution of the flora is closely related with the degree of market opening and the movement of persons,which indicates the health management of catering service employees should attach importance to reduce the risk of Salmonella infection and transmission so as to achive the goal of public health protection.
