摘 要:目的了解北京市密云县病媒生物密度情况,为消灭病媒提供科学依据。方法采用夹夜法监测鼠密度,粘捕法监测蜚蠊密度,笼诱法监测蝇密度,诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度。结果老鼠阳性率为0.17%,优势种为褐家鼠;蟑螂密度指数0.034只/(张.夜),优势种为德国小蠊;苍蝇平均密度2.64只/笼,优势种为麻蝇;蚊年平均蚊密度为0.52只/(灯.h),优势种为淡色库蚊。结论 4种病媒生物密度处于较低水平,地方优势种群变化不大,要降低其密度,应根据它们的孳生、栖息习性及其季节消长特点,采取以环境治理为主的综合性防治措施。[Objective]To understand the density of the vector organism in Miyun District of Beijing City,and provide the scientific basis for exterminating the vectors organism.[Methods]The night trapping and cockroach paste were conducted to monitor the density of rats and cockroaches,the light trapping and cage trapping were conducted to monitor the density of mosquitoes and flies respectively.[Results] The density of rats was 0.17%.Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species.The density of cockroaches was 0.034 / night.pages.Blattella Germanica was the dominant species.Flies density index was 2.64 / cage.The dominant species was flesh fly.The average density index of mosquitoes was 0.52(/ light.hour).Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species.[Conclusion]The 4 density index of vector organism is in low level,the dominant species are not changed.According to the base of their breeding,perched habits and season growth characteristics,comprehensive prevention and control measures with environmental management as major should be taken to reduce the density.
