摘 要:为对比配筋砌块砌体结构与砖混结构(混凝土实心砖)在建设多层住宅建筑方面的优劣,对同一栋6层住宅建筑,分别采用配筋砌块砌体结构和砖混结构两种结构体系进行结构设计,在各层楼板配筋和建筑构造完全相同的前提下,进行了详细的造价和结构性能分析,得出采用配筋砌块砌体结构具有节约材料、降低工程造价、增加建筑使用面积、提高结构抗剪承载力与抗震性能等诸多优势,证明该结构是适合于多层住宅建筑的结构体系。To compare the pros and cons of reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure with brick masonry structure in the area of building multi-storey residential buildings,both reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure and brick masonry structure were used for the structure design of a 6-storey residential building.Under the same premise of both the architectural construction and the reinforcement of each floor,a detailed analysis of the project cost and structural performance was carried out,and a conclusion for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings was draw that reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure has the advantage of saving material,reducing the project cost,increasing the net area,improving the shearing capacity and seismic performance,and so on,which proves that reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure is suitable for multi-storey residential buildings.
