摘  要:目的观察龙血竭总黄酮的抗炎镇痛作用,确定龙血竭抗炎镇痛的有效部位,探讨龙血竭总黄酮的镇痛机制。方法采用小鼠热板实验、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验观察龙血竭及其总黄酮的抗炎镇痛作用;以纳洛酮拮抗实验,探讨龙血竭总黄酮的镇痛机制是否与阿片受体有关。结果龙血竭及其总黄酮能显著提高小鼠热刺激痛阈,减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度。纳洛酮不影响龙血竭总黄酮对小鼠热刺激痛阈的提高。结论龙血竭及其总黄酮具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用,龙血竭总黄酮应是龙血竭抗炎镇痛的主要有效部位。龙血竭总黄酮的镇痛机制应与阿片受体无关。Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total flavone extracted from Dragon’s Blood,elucidate the effective fraction for anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dragon’s Blood and explore the analgesic mechanism of total flavone extracted from Dragon’s Blood. MethodsBy using hot plate test,glacial acetic acid-induced writhing test and xylene-induced mouse ear edema test,the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dragon’s Blood and its total flavone were observed.Meanwhile,mice were pretreated with naloxone in the hot plate test to explore whether its analgesic mechanism was related to opioid receptor. ResultsDragon’s Blood and its total flavone enhanced thermal stimulation threshold in mice,decreased the writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid and suppressed xylene-induced mouse ear edema.Naloxone could not block the analgesic effect of total flavone extracted from Dragon’s Blood. ConclusionDragon’s Blood and its total flavone have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Total flavone extracted from Dragon’s Blood is the effective fraction for the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dragon’s Blood.The analgesic effect of total flavone extracted from Dragon’s Blood was not involved in activating opioid receptor.
