摘　　要：目的通过研究壮骨止痛胶囊A部分石油醚部位抗骨质疏松作用的化学成分,为壮骨止痛胶囊的药效物质基础研究及质量标准制定打下基础,同时为壮骨止痛胶囊的二次开发提供依据。方法采用硅胶柱及葡聚糖凝胶柱反复层析分离制备得到各化合物,再利用去卵巢大鼠模型进行药效学筛选,然后通过理化性质和波谱数据解析,并与参考文献数据进行比对确定有效成分的化学结构。结果从壮骨止痛胶囊A部分石油醚部位分得8个化合物,其中4个化合物具有抗骨质疏松作用,通过波谱学分析及文献对照,分别鉴定为异补骨脂素、补骨脂素、齐墩果酸、补骨脂定,其中首次发现补骨脂定具有抗骨质疏松作用。结论壮骨止痛胶囊A部分石油醚部位中具有抗骨质疏松作用的有效成分为异补骨脂素、补骨脂素、齐墩果酸、补骨脂定。Objective To lay the foundation for the study on the pharmacodynamic material basis.quality standard and further development to Zhuangguzhitong Capsule via revealing the antiosteoporosis active ingredients in A part of Zhuangguzhitong Capsule. MethodsSilica gel column and sephadex column were used to separate and prepare the ingredients from A part of Zhuangguzhitong Capsule.The ovariectomized rat model were used to screen the active ingredients.The structure of the active ingredients were confirmed with the IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、EI-MS. Results8 ingredients were prepared from A part of Zhuangguzhitong Capsule.4 ingredients were the antiosteoporosis active.they were isopsoralen,psoralen,oleanolic acid and psoralidin. ConclusionIsopsoralen,psoralen,oleanolic acid and psoralidin were the antiosteoporosis active ingredients of A part in Zhuangguzhitong Capsule.
