摘  要:目的探讨白及的抑菌作用及其活性部位。方法规范提取白及乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、萃取后水部位、醇提后水煎液部位4个部位,采用琼脂平板二倍稀释法测定以上4个部位对10个不同种属24株病原菌的MIC。结果乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位对受试病原菌均具有广谱抑菌活性,4个部位中尤以乙酸乙酯部位的抑菌活性最强;乙酸乙酯部位对革兰阳性菌明显较对革兰阴性菌的抑菌活性强,对革兰阳性菌的MIC为0.065~1.042 mg/ml,对革兰阴性菌的MIC为2.083~8.333mg/ml。结论白及具有确切的体外广谱抑菌活性,乙酸乙酯部位是其主要的活性部位。Objective To study antibacterial activity of Bletilla striata(Thund.) Reichb.f.and the main component contributing to antibacterial activity. MethodsMinimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of ethyl acetate extract,butyl alcohol extract,water extract after extraction and water extract after ethanol extraction from Bletilla striata(Thund.) Reichb.f against 24 isolates were determined by agar dilution method. ResultsBoth ethyl acetate extract and butyl alcohol extract showed broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.Ethyl acetate extract had the highest activity among the 4 extracted fractions of Bletilla striata(Thund.) Reichb.f.Ethyl acetate extract obviously had higher activity against Gram-positive than Gram-negative isolates,with MIC ranging from 0.065~1.042 mg/ml against Gram-positive isolates,2.083~8.333 mg/ml against Gram-negative isolates,respectively. ConclusionBletilla striata(Thund.) Reichb.f.has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity indeed with ethyl acetate extract as the main antibacterial substance.
