摘　　要：目的建立焦山楂饮片中金丝桃苷和槲皮素HPLC测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Phe-nomenon HyperClone C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸,进行梯度洗脱。结果金丝桃苷和槲皮素的平均回收率为98.8%和100.1%,其RSD分别为2.69%和2.05%(n=6)。结论该方法稳定、准确、可靠,为焦山楂饮片炮制程度和质量标准的制定提供了科学依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine simultaneously hyperoside and quercetin in Jiaoshanzha. MethodsUse the HPLC,selecte phenomenon ODS C18 column（4.6mm × 250mm,5μm）,acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid as mobile phase gradient elution. ResultsThe average recoveries of hyperoside and quercetin were 98.8% and 100.1%,with RSD of 2.69% and 2.05%（n=6）,respectively. ConclusionThis method is stable,accurate,and reliable to provides a scientific basis of quality control standard for the Jiaoshanzha.
