摘 要:目的探讨华北平原管花肉苁蓉不同时期、不同部位的多糖含量。方法紫外-可见分光光度法。结果 1年生、2年生肉苁蓉中所含多糖含量的年内变化趋势基本一致,10月均达到最高值,分别为9.17%和10.36%,且2年生肉苁蓉的多糖含量高于同期1年生肉苁蓉;肉苁蓉不同部位中的多糖含量表现为:基部>中部>顶部。结论管花肉苁蓉不同时期、不同部位中多糖的含量差异显著。Objective Utilizing 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa as samples,Polysaccharide content of C.tubulosa has been investigated and analysed in different stages and different parts. MethodsExtract polysaccharide by ultrasound and organic solvents through Ultrasonic reactor from C.tubulosa,then it was determined by colorimetry with SP-2100 UVPC-V in 490nm. ResultsThe polysaccharide content of 2 annual C.tubulosa was higher than 1 annual C.tubulosa in the corresponding stages,and was reaching the maximum value in octorber.The polysaccharide content of 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa were respectively 9.17% and 10.36%,they had the same trend within one year;The polysaccharide content in the base of 2a C.tubulosa plant reached the highest value,the order of polysaccharide distribution in different parts was that the base had the highest content,the central second,then the top. ConclusionBoth in different stages and different parts,the polysaccharide content of C.tubulosa proved to be different.
