温阳法治疗AIDS并巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎的探讨

摘　　要：巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎(CMVR)是艾滋病(AIDS)晚期最常见、最严重的眼部机会性感染,是导致患者视力丧失的最主要原因。现代医学以HARRT疗法结合抗CMV治疗,疗效欠佳,并且中医药治疗较少见报道。文章结合笔者临床经验和有效案例就AIDS并CMVR的中医病因病机及治疗进行论述探讨。该病多因肝脾肾阳虚,阳虚卫外不固,邪气趁虚而入。治疗以温补肝脾肾阳,行气活血,固护卫阳,驱邪外出为主。Cytomegalovirus retinitis is the most common and serious ocular opportunistic infection of AIDS.It is the main reason resulting in loss of vision.Modern medicine treats CMVR with high affective anti-retrovirus therapy and anti-cytomegalovirus therapy,but the therapeutic effect is not satisfying.On the other hand,report of Chinese medicine treatment is rarely seem.In this paper,TCM etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS with CMVR is discussed on the basic of the clinical experience and the effective cases of the author.The disease mainly due to liver,spleen and kidney yang deficiency;unsolid guard Qi,so the evil Qi avails.The main principles of treatment are：warming and supplying yang of liver,spleen and kidney;activating blood by promoting Qi;protecting guard Yang;getting evil Qi out.
