摘 要:目的测定和揭示柴胡属5种植物根、茎、叶及果实中总皂苷及总黄酮的含量及差异。方法采用可见光分光光度法。结果小叶黑柴胡根和叶总皂苷的含量均比北柴胡、狭叶柴胡高;秦岭柴胡根和果实中总皂苷含量亦较高;狭叶柴胡果实总皂苷含量与其根中含量相近。另外,秦岭柴胡叶和果实中总黄酮的含量远远高于其它种,且其茎中的含量也较高。结论小叶黑柴胡和秦岭柴胡具有很好的开发前景,狭叶柴胡果实也可被利用提取柴胡皂苷,建议将几种柴胡属植物地上(包括果实)和地下部分根据不同需要分别药用。Objective To study and reveal the difference about the content of total saikosaponin and flavonoid in the root,stem,leaf and fruit of the five plants in Bupleurum L. MethodsThe content of total saikosaponin and flavonoid was determined by visible spectrophotometry. ResultsThe content of total saikosaponin in both the root and leaf of B.smithii was higher than B.chinense and B.scorzonerifolium,the root and fruit of B.longicaule and the fruit of B.scorzonerifolium were also characterized by higher total saikosaponin content.In addition,the leaf and fruit of B.longicaule showed the highest content of total flavoniond among the five plants in Bupleurum,and the content of total flavoniond in its stem was also relatively higher. ConclusionIt is suggested that B.smithii and B.longicaule are important medical plants which should be explored.And the fruit of B.scorzonerifolium is also an useful resource for distilling total saikosaponin.From above all,it is proposed that the overground and underground parts of the medicinal plants in Bupleurum should be explored respectively according to the actual needs,which could be greatly significant for exploitation of the medical resources.
