摘  要:目的采用响应面法对海巴戟总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。方法在单因素实验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间及料液比为自变量,总黄酮含量为响应值,研究各因素及其交互作用对总黄酮得率的影响。结果最优工艺条件为,乙醇浓度95%,液料比为1∶30 g.ml-1,提取温度为87.4℃,浸提时间为120 min,提取实际值为13.991 mg.g-1。结论采用响应面法对海巴戟黄酮提取条件进行优化合理可行。Objective Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids from Morinda citrifolia. MethodsBased on one factor test,the individual and interactive effects of ethanol concentration,material/liquid ratio,extracting temperature and extracting time on the yield of flavonoids were studied. ResultsThe experiments showed that the optimal extracting conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 95%,material/liquid ratio 1:30,extraction temperature 87.4℃ and extraction time 2 h.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 13.991mg.g-1. ConclusionThis exhibits the good feasibility of Response surface methodology for optimizing extracting process of flavonoids from Morinda citrifolia.
