摘 要:目的比较水蒸气蒸馏法和CO2超临界流体萃取法提取柚寄生挥发性成分的差异。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法和CO2超临界流体萃取法提取柚寄生的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对其进行分析,采用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果从水蒸气蒸馏法的提取物中获得97个色谱峰,鉴定了其中49个成分,已鉴定出的成分的相对含量之和占流出峰总面积的68.44%,从CO2超临界流体萃取法的提取物中共获得65个色谱峰,鉴定了其中46个成分,已鉴定出的成分的相对含量之和占流出峰总面积的79.64%。结论用水蒸气蒸馏法和CO2超临界流体萃取法提取得到的挥发性成分有明显差异。Objective To compare the differences between the volatile constituents from Viscum oralifolium DC.extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction methods respectively. MethodsVolatile constituents of Viscum oralifolium DC.were extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction methods,and analyzed by GC-MS techniques.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results97 peaks were separated and 49 of them were identified,representing about 68.44% of the total content from the extracts of steam distillation.65 peaks were separated and 46 of them were identified,representing about 79.64% of the total content from the extracts of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction. ConclusionThe great differences existed between the volatile constituents extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction methods.
