摘　　要：介绍了广东地税全责征收社保费对账软件系统的开发模式、设计方式和架构思想,并给出了系统各模块的功能设计,详细阐述了退费申请模块的设计流程。This paper introduces the development model,design and architecture of Guangdong local tax full responsibility for the collection of social insurance fee reconciliation software,and gives the functional design of the system module.In the end,it also elaborates the design process of the refund application module.
