非晶合金激光焊接样品制样探究

摘　　要：为了观察非晶合金激光焊接样品的截面形貌,本文对Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5非晶合金焊接接头进行了金相制样,详述了制样流程和制样过程中产生的问题,并讨论了解决问题的办法。对制好的样品使用Keyence和扫描电镜进行观察,能够清楚地观测到焊接头截面的形貌。结果表明所制样品达到观测要求。In order to observe the morphology on the cross section of the laser welded bulk metallic glass,the metallographic sample preparation is carried out.The method for preparation of metallographic sample and problems during preparation are discussed in details,and the solution is presented.The prepared samples are observed by using Keyence and scanning electron microscope.The morphology of welded joints is obtained clearly.The result shows that the prepared metallographic samples meet the experiment requirement.
