摘  要:目前使用的压裂滑套不能对见水、见气严重的井段实施有效的控制。设计了一种适用于水平井分层多级压裂的井下可关闭压裂滑套总成,克服了现有压裂滑套打开后不能根据井下实际情况进行开关的缺陷。基于ANSYS建立了有限元分析模型,分析滑套的变形和应力分布,找出滑套结构中的应力集中区域以进行优化设计。结果表明:可关闭压裂滑套总成在70MPa液力作用下,压裂施工安全可靠,满足现场工况要求。The fracturing sleeve currently used in serious water and gas wells can not be effectively implemented of control,a stratified multistage fracturing in horizontal wells was designed to close underground fracturing sleeve assembly, tiding over existing defect of fracturing sleeve that con- trol switch can not be open in accordance with the actual downhole situation. Based on the AN- SYS,finite element analysis model was established,the deformation and stress distribution of the sleeve were analyzed, and areas of stress concentration in the sleeve structure in the optimal de- sign were identified. The results show that:when fracturing sleeve assembly is under the pressure of 70 MPa,it is safe and reliable,and meet the requirements of the site conditions.
